Please be aware we currently only ship to the UK.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping Candles (3–5 business days) — £3.65
- Express Shipping Candles (1–2 business days) — £6.25
- Standard Shipping Cards (3-5 business days) — £2.85
- Express Shipping Cards (1–2 business days) — £3.80
Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £50.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email address] within 14 days of the expected delivery date, quoting your order number and including photographs of any damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. NAOKII is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
